Too often, projects become fragmented. Architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors each make decisions independently, resulting in unnecessary compromises and a home that gradually loses the clarity of its original vision.
Our role is to bring every discipline together under one cohesive direction.
We lead the process from concept through construction, carefully coordinating architecture, interiors, landscape, engineering, and craftsmanship so every decision supports the next.

Matt oversees every aspect of project execution, ensuring that exceptional design is matched by exceptional craftsmanship.
With a background leading complex organizations and building high-performing teams, he brings a disciplined approach to project management, communication, and construction. Every schedule, trade partner, budget, and detail is managed with one objective: protecting the integrity of the design while delivering an extraordinary building experience.
His role extends well beyond construction. From evaluating land and assembling the right team to navigating the countless decisions required throughout a project, Matt serves as a trusted advisor committed to thoughtful execution from beginning to end.
Stephanie Anderson

Stephanie leads the creative vision behind every ENKEL home.
Her work extends far beyond selecting finishes. She guides the overall character of each residence—from architectural detailing and material palettes to interior proportions, natural light, furnishings, and the subtle relationships that give a home warmth and authenticity.
She believes beautiful homes are defined by restraint rather than excess.
